| 摘 要： | 目的为耳垂瘢痕疙瘩的治疗提供一种简单易行的方法。方法对12例耳垂瘢痕疙瘩患者采用局部瘢痕皮瓣恢复耳垂正常外形及剩余瘢痕内注射曲安奈德,胶原蛋白敷贴覆盖创面,弹性绷带加压包扎的方法治疗耳垂瘢痕疙瘩。结果临床应用12例,20个耳垂,随访6～24个月,取得满意疗效。结论本方法简单可行且效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective For treatment the keloids provides a simple and easy method. Methods 12 eases of patients with ear lobe keloid were taken as an exam, in which they were treated with following methods： ①Restoring the normal shape of ear lobe using skin flap of the scar; ②Injeetion of triamcinolone aeetonide into the residual scar;③Covering the raw surface by collagen protein application; ④Pressure dressing with elastic bandage. Results Clinical application to 12 patients,20 keloids. Patients had follow up for 6 -26 months, achieve an effective therapeutic result for keloids in the sternal area. Conclusion It is more effective that the combination therapy to keloids. |
