| 摘 要： | 介绍国家、省级、地市公共卫生3级平台总体布局，依据省疾控数据中心在3级平台中的定位和业务特点，设计5个基本功能分区，重点从机房环境系统、网络系统、服务器系统、存储系统、安全系统、运维管理系统6个方面进行规划设计探讨。
