| 摘 要： | 对在我国申请的治疗胰腺疾病的药物专利情况进行统计分析,包括时间分布、与治疗消化系统其他疾病的药物专利申请数量对比、主要申请人、主要发明人、专利申请区域、专利法律状态等,探讨该领域药物专利的发展趋势,揭示相关的技术领先人物,为相关机构制定专利战略提供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper develops a statistical analysis on the drug patents application status for pancreas diseases in China from the following aspects;time distribution,comparison with drug patents for other digestive diseases,main applicants,main inventors,application area,legal status,etc.It discusses the development trends and the technology leaders in this field which may help to provide references for related institutes to formulate the patent strategies. |
