| 摘 要： | 1984年10月至1987年5月收治低出生体重儿74例,占住院新生儿总数的22.98％,男44例、女30例;早产儿39例、宫内发育迟缓儿(IUGR)35例;存活62例、死亡12例,病死率为16.2％。本文讨论了低出生体重儿的发生率及病死率,分析了发病因素并提出了临床管理的经验。

| Abstract: | From Oct. 1987, 74 low-birth weight infants were admitted to the China-Japan-Friendship Hospital, which were about 22.90% of the total hospitalized infants. Among them, there are 44 boys and girls, 39 prematures and 35 IUGRs, 62 infants survived and 12 infants died with the death rate about 16.2%. In this paper, the morbidity, mortality and the etiology of the 74 cases of low-birth-weight infants is discussed, and the clinical care experience is also provided. |
