| 摘 要： | 连续１０年对４１７６例老年人进行胆结石患病率调查。每例每年或每２年进行１次肝胆部位Ｂ超检查，共进行２７３４０人次。〈５９岁４２５例，检出５４例（１０．１８％）；６０￣６９岁２１５６例，检出３２２例（１４．９６％）；７０￣７９岁１４８２例，检出３０例（２７．５２％）；９０岁以上４例，检出２例（５０％）。胆囊癌检出率为０．０５％，在发生结石的１１个月、２１个月查出，占胆石病的０．２９％。高龄者胆石病显
