摘    要:目的 探讨乳腺癌(breast cancer)患者外周血和乳腺组织中CD4+ CD25+、Foxp3 mRNA和蛋白水平表达情况,初步阐明二者在乳腺癌患者免疫调节中的作用和意义.方法 选取乳腺癌患者25例,15例正常乳腺组织作为对照.采用流式细胞术检测乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+ CD25+ Treg的表达水平.RT-PCR和Western blot分别用于检测患者癌变组织中Voxp3mRNA和蛋白表达水平.结果 相对于正常对照组,各组乳腺癌患者外周血中CD4+ CD25+ Treg表达水平明显升高(P<0.05);同时,乳腺癌各组中Foxp3 mRNA和蛋白表达水平均明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 CD4+ CD25+ Treg和其标记分子Foxp3可能参与了乳腺癌中机体的免疫调节过程,其二者表达水平的检测对于乳腺癌临床判断和进一步的治疗具有一定指导意义.
