| 摘 要： | 目的对五味子和南五味子药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行研究,完善五味子质量评价和控制的方法。方法采用HPLC测定了10批五味子和10批南五味子样品并建立标准对照指纹图谱,对其余10批样品进行测定。色谱条件:Agilent ZORBAXSB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为30℃。结果建立的指纹图谱能区别五味子和南五味子。结论所建立的五味子和南五味子的HPLC指纹图谱为科学评价和控制五味子样品的质量提供了依据。
