电子支气管镜检查中的心电监测分析

摘    要:目的探讨电子支气管镜检查过程中患者血氧饱和度、血压和心率的变化情况。方法记录350例行电子支气管镜检查的患者术前、术中过声门区、术中检查健侧肺、术中活检或刷检和术后10min五个阶段的心电监测数据。结果术中活检或刷检时分别与术前、术中过声门、术中检查健侧肺时比较,血压和心率最高,血氧饱和度最低,差异显著统计学意义(P〈0.01);术后10min血压、心率和血氧饱和度均已恢复至术前状态。结论电子支气管镜检查过程中可发生血氧饱和度下降,血压和心率升高,应予监测。

Abstract:Objective To investigate changes of blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure and heart rate during bronchoscopy, Methods Blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure and heart rate recorded before bronchoscopy, right at passing bronchoscope through glottis, in examining contralateral lung, during biopsy or brush biopsy, and 10 minutes after bronchoscopy in 350 patients. Results Blood pressure and heart rate were significantly higher, blood oxygen saturation was significantly lower, during biopsy or brush biopsy than in other moments (P〈0.01). 10 minutes after bronchoscopy, above three parameters returned to the level before bronchoscopy. Conclusion Blood oxygen saturation may decline, blood pressure and heart rate may increase during bronchoscopy and these parameters should be monitored closely.
