| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的方法,并观察其疗效。方法对我院332例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者采取回顾性分析的方法,将患者随机分为微波治疗组及下鼻甲部分切除术对照组。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率均为100%,但治疗组无并发症,优于对照组。结论与传统手术方法相比,微波手微波手术适应范围广,疗效满意,无并发症,可广泛应用于临床。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion the methods microwave treatment chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, and to observe the effects. Methods 332 cases of Chronic hypertrophic rhinitis take retrospective analysis method, The patients were randomly divided into microwave therapy group and Turbinate partial laryngectomy group. Results Treatment group and control group in the total efficiency was 100%, but the treatment group without complications, compared with the control group. Conclusion Compared with the traditional method, microwave wide adaptation surgery, no complications, can be widely used in clinical practice. |
