| 摘 要： | 针刺内关、膻中等穴位加服疏肝理气、清热解毒、化淤散结的中药治疗急性乳腺炎31例(郁乳期14例,成脓期17例)全部内消而愈。平均疗程为5.6天。本文并对急性乳腺炎的病因及治疗作了简短讨论。

| Abstract: | 31 cases of acute mammitis were treated by acupuncture in combination with TCM. The cure rate was 100% and the average duration 5.6 days. Neiguan and Shanzhong were major acupuncture points and the principle of TCM treatment was to disperse the depressed liver-energy and rectify it, clear away heat and toxic materials, disperse blood seasis. The etiology and therapeutics of the disease were also discussed. |
