| 摘 要： | 用ELISA对942例病毒性肝炎进行HBV五项标志物检测,结果表明,小儿组单项HBeAg检出率及HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc三项共存阳性的检出率高于两个成人组(P<0.01),各单项阳性的检出率及各阳性模式的检出率在男性组与女性组之间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。随着HBV标志物检测项目的增加可提高HBV感染的检出率。

| Abstract: | 5 markers of virus hepatitis B (HBV) were detected in 942 patients with virus hepatitis using ELISA. The result revealed that the detectable rate of HBeAg and the positive detectable rate of HBeAg, HBeAg and anti-HBC in young child group were higher than those in two adult groups (P<0.01). As for the positive detectable rate in each marker and the detectable rate of each positive mode, there was no significant difference between male and female groups. (P>0.05).As more markers of HBV are detected, the detectable rate of HBV infections can be raised. |
