| 摘 要： | 目的 对39例60髋早期股骨头缺血性坏死的MRI检查进行分析.材料与方法全部病例行髋关节MRI检查和X线平片检查,其中7例行CT扫描.结果 在39例60髋中,双侧22例,单侧17例.依据分期Ⅰ期34髋,Ⅱ期26髋,X线平片均为阴性,CT扫描7例中均无阳性发现.结论 在临床中凡是有髋部疼痛,功能障碍,长期饮酒及服用类固醇...

| Abstract: | objective MRI findings of 54 hips in 39 patients with early ischemic necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) were analyzed.Materials and Methods MR scanning and plan radiography of hip joint were performed in all 39 patients.Results of 39 cases with diseased hip,22 were bilateral and 17 were unilateral.Based on Ficat classification,34 jips were stage Ⅰ and 26hips were stage.Conclusion In order to make diagnosis early,MRI should be done in patients who explains hip pains and disfunction,and has a long history of taking_alcohol and of administration of steroids. |
