| 摘 要： | 目的:改进卡巴胆碱原料中卡巴胆碱含量的测定方法。方法:用高氯酸滴定液(0.1 mol.L-1)进行滴定,用电位法指示滴定终点。结果:卡巴胆碱在0.10~0.20 g(r=0.999 9)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.78%(RSD=0.27%,n=6)。结论:该方法操作简单、专属性强、准确可靠,可用于卡巴胆碱原料的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To improve the determination method of carbachol. Methods： The carbachol were titrated by perchlorie acid VS （0. 1mol·L^-1 ） using potentimetric method indicating the end. Results： Good linear relationship of carbachol is within the range of 0. 10 -0. 20g （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99. 78% , RSD = 0. 27% （n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and with good specificity. |
