| 摘 要： | 目的比较头部平卧截石位和头部抬高截石位对经尿道前列腺电切术患者的影响。方法按随机数字表将前列腺电切术患者60例分成对照组和观察组各30例,术中两组患者分别采取头部平卧截石位和头部抬高截石位,比较患者的舒适度、术中血压变化及术后头痛发生率。结果对照组患者舒适度0级2例、1级17例、2级11例;术中血压升高11例;术后头痛发生2例。观察组舒适度0级17例、1级9例、2级4例;术中血压升高5例;术后头痛发生1例。两组患者的舒适度、术中血压变化经比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),术后头痛发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头部抬高截石位符合人体脊柱弯曲的生理要求,有利于提高患者舒适度,最大限度地减少并发症的发生。
