| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳房穴位按摩结合背部按摩促进产妇乳汁分泌和减轻乳房胀痛的效果。方法按随机数字表法将501例自然分娩的产妇分为对照组和观察组,对照组按照产科常规方法进行促乳,观察组在对照组常规促乳基础上实施穴位按摩,观察并比较两组产妇的泌乳量及乳房胀痛程度。结果产后72 h,观察组产妇较对照组泌乳量增多,乳房疼痛的发生情况明显减轻,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乳房穴位按摩结合背部按摩可使产妇泌乳量增加,乳房胀痛程度减轻,有利于母乳喂养的开展。
