| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the expressions of IL-32 and preliminary explore the role of IL-32 in the pathogenesis of PR3-ANCA associated Vasculitis.Methods The level of IL-32 in serum and supernatants of cultured PBMCs were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with controls,the levels of IL-32 in serum and supernatants of cultured PBMCs were obviously higher.Conclusion The development of PR3-ANCA associated Vasculitis might be related closely with the expression of IL-32. |
