| 摘 要： | 目的肠道准备对促炎症细胞因子表达的影响。方法选择我院确诊的57例老年溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerativecolitis，UC）病例（UC组），在内镜检查前用复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备，取患者外周血，分离血清，用酶联免疫吸附法观察患者血清中TNF—α或IL-6水平。40例健康老人作对照组。结果与对照组相比，肠道准备前UC组患者血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；与肠道准备前UC组比较，肠道准备后UC患者血清中TNF-α和IL-6水平显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。表明肠道准备可下调UC患者血清中TNF-α和IL-6蛋白水平。结论肠道准备对老年溃疡性结肠炎患者血清中的促炎症细胞因子有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of bowel preparation on expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Methods 57 elderly patients with ulcerative colitis （UC group） were studied. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to assess the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 protein in serum. 40 healthy elderly persons were considered as the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the UC patients before bowel preparation increased significantly （P 〈 0.01）, whereas decreased markedly after bowel preparation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bowel preparation inhibits the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines in elderly patients with ulcerative colitis. |
