| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中低位直肠癌伴便秘患者灌肠的有效方法。方法选择中低位直肠癌伴便秘患者164例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组86例和对照组78例。观察组采用改良双腔气囊导尿管灌肠法,对照组采用常规灌肠法,比较两组患者的不适程度、灌肠液保留时间及灌肠效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组不适反应减轻,灌肠液保留时间明显延长,灌肠效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良双腔气囊导尿管的应用是中低位直肠癌伴便秘患者灌肠的理想方法,效果显著,有临床推广价值。
