慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的病耻感及其影响因素

目的调查慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者病耻感感知状况并分析其影响因素。方法采用基于既往病耻感研究设计的调查问卷、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试问卷(COPD assessment test,CAT)对106例COPD患者进行调查,受调查者病史由有2年以上工作经验的呼吸专科医生直接问诊采集。结果 103例COPD患者完成调查,其中13例(12.6%)报告感知病耻感。病耻感发生率与性别、受教育程度、是否独居、吸烟史、家庭氧疗无相关性。感知病耻感的COPD患者HAMA、HAMD和CAT评分均明显高于无病耻感的COPD患者(均P<0.05)。结论部分COPD患者存在病耻感经历,并与HAMA、HAMD、CAT评分存在相关性,病耻感对COPD患者的影响尚待进一步研究。

Stigma and Influence Factors for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
