| 摘 要： | 目的通过调查3种类型颈椎病围术期的护理工作量,了解护理工作量与各病种分型、各班次的关系,测算合理的人力资源配置标准。方法对颈椎病患者围术期的护理项目进行24h跟踪调查与记录,测量白班、夜班、晚班的当班护士的临床护理工作量。结果混合型颈椎病患者在术前健康指导、术前准备与脊髓型、神经根型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3种类型颈椎病患者术后的白班直接护理时间同晚夜班直接护理时间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);测得床护比为1:0.49,所需护士为16.12人。结论建立适合专科疾病特点的护理人力资源配置标准,是满足患者服务需求的根本保障。
