摘    要:用液体法培养了C_(57)BL/6J小鼠CFU—GM,并对其进行透射电镜观察,发现在2~6天培养时间内各期集落的细胞组成不同,CFU—GM在体外发育过程中细胞核、线粒体、粗面内质网、游离核糖体、高尔基复合体.糖原颗粒及颗粒的发育有特征性变化,与体内的成熟规律有些差异。同时讨论了粒系细胞与单系细胞的区别.

Abstract:We cultured the CFU-GM of C57BL/6J mice in liquid medium and observed the ultrastructural changes of the granulocytes and macrophages during the process of maturation with transmission electron microscope, The cell composition of the colonies was different in various stages in the 2 to 6 days of culture. Both granulocytic cells and macrophagocytic cells had characteristical changes in the nucleus, mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum, free ribosome, Golgi complex, glycogen particles and the maturation of granules, which had a little difference as compared to the changes following maturation of granulocytes and macrophages in vivo. The difference between granulocytic and macrophagocytic cells was also discussed.
