金樱子醇提物对被动型Heymann肾炎大鼠的药理作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究金樱子醇提物对被动型Heymann肾炎(Passive Heymann Nephritis, PHN)大鼠的药理作用.方法:经尾静脉注射兔抗鼠血清诱发PHN大鼠,对PHN大鼠灌胃给予金樱子醇提物四周,观察金樱子醇提物对PHN大鼠的尿肌酐、尿蛋白及血清总蛋白、肌酐和尿素氮的作用.结果:金樱子醇提物显著降低被动型Heymann肾炎模型大鼠尿蛋白、血清肌酐和尿素氮水平,升高血清总蛋白含量,减轻肾组织的病理变化.结论:金樱子醇提物能减轻被动型Heymann肾炎模型大鼠肾小球病变并改善肾功能.

Abstract:Objective: To study the pharmacological actions of Jinyingzi on experimental Passive-Heymann Nephritis (PHN) model rats. Methods: The rat model of PHN was induced by injecting anti-rabbit serum through caudal vein. The renal function about urinary protein, serum total protein, creatinine and urinary nitrogen on PHN rat were studied through op. Jinyingzi for 4 wk. Results: Jinyingzi can remarkably reduce urinary protein, serum levels of serum creatinine and serum urinary nitrogen, increase serum total protein content, alleviate the pathological injury in PHN rats. Conslusion: Jinyingzi can lessen pathological changes of glomerulus in PHN rats, ameliorate their renal function.
