摘    要:目的:研究通心络胶囊对慢性肺心病急性期患者血液流变学的影响。方法:选用70例慢性肺心病急性期患者,以随机双盲分成两组,每组35例,两组均予持续低流量吸氧、化痰平喘及抗炎、强心利尿等常规治疗,通心络组则在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊3片,3次/日,疗程2周,观察两组治疗前后血液流变学的变化。结果:通心络组治疗后高切全血粘度、低切全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、血沉、纤维蛋白原与治疗前和常规对照组比较均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:通心络胶囊能明显改善慢性肺心病急性期血液流变性,可用于预防和治疗肺心病高凝状态。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of TongXinLuo on hemorrheology in treating patients of chronic cor pulmonale. Methods: 70 patients were divided into TongXinLuo treatment group (TXL group) and conventional treatment group(C group) 2 groups. Both groups were 35 cases and treated with conventional therapy including antiinfection, relieving cough and reducing sputum, improving cardiac function, diuretic and continuous low-flow oxygen inhalation. For TXL group, additional 3 capsules of TongXinLuo a day were given orally for 2 weeks. Blood sample was taken before and after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment and C group, the parameters of the high- and low- shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte agglutiuation index, hematocrit and fibrinogen lowered obviously in TXL group (P < 0.05, P< 0.01). Conclusion: TongXinLuo is an effective drug for treatment of hypercoagulability status in chronic cor pulmonale patients.
