超声胎儿先天性心脏病筛查方法的初步探讨

目的探讨应用胎儿心脏五组基本切面扫查法可以提高筛查胎儿先心病（简称CHD）的有效性。方法对6621例孕20～40周孕妇采用五组切面扫查法进行产前筛查CHD。结果五组基本切面扫查法诊断胎儿CHD14例,经分娩后及引产后尸检随访,其敏感性为92.3%,特异性为99.9%,准确性为99.9%,阳性预测值92.8%,阴性预测值99.9%。结论五组切面扫查法是产前筛查胎儿CHD的有效方法。

Preliminary study of ultrasonographic Methods in screening for fetal congenital heart disease

Objective To evaluate the five basic facets of fetal heart scanning method can improve the sensitivity of fetal co ngenital heart disease. Methods The five basic facets of fetal heart scanning method was used in prenatal screening for congenital heart diseases in 6621 pregnant women prospectively. Results 14 cases of fetal congenital heart disease were diagnosed by fetal echocardiography, the diagnosis was confirmed by fetal autopsy and postnatal echocardiography. Its diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values were92. 3% ,99.9% ,99.9% ,92. 8% and 99. 9% respectively. Conclusion The five basic facets of fetal heart scanning method is an effective method of prenatal screening for fetal congenital heart diseases.
