| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人左半结肠癌伴梗阻的外科治疗原则和方式。方法回顾性分析1998年9月—2007年3月38例结肠癌的外科处理结果。结果均采用术中充分的肠道减压和灌冼，行肿瘤切除Ⅰ期吻合术。结论老年患者伴发病多，病情重，必须尽早手术，如病人情况允许，Ⅰ期癌肿切除肠吻合术是最佳手术方案。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the surgical principle and method for elderly left half colon cancer obstruction. Methods] Surgical treatment results of 38 cases with colon cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results] All patients were conducted one-stage resection and anastomosis with intraoperative intestinal decompression and sausage. Conclusion] Elderly patients with more complications and serious disease must be given surgery as soon as possible. If patients＂ conditions are permitted, one-stage resection and anastomosis is the best surgical program. |
