苍龟探穴法针刺治疗中风后尿潴留疗效观察

目的观察苍龟探穴法针刺治疗中风后尿潴留的疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用苍龟探穴法针刺治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺法,分别于治疗1次和1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组在治疗1次和1个疗程后总有效率均优于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。在治疗1次后,治疗组的起效时间比对照组短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论苍龟探穴法针刺治疗术后尿潴留疗效显著,且起效快。

Observations on the Efficacy of "Green Tortoise Probing Point" Acupuncture in Treating Post-stroke Uroschesis

Objective To investigate the efficacy of ＂green tortoise probing point＂ acupuncture in treating post-stroke uroschesis.Methods One hundred patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,50 cases each.The treatment group received ＂green tortoise probing point＂ acupuncture and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 1 session and 1 course of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group after both 1 session and 1 course of treatment than in the control group;there were statistically significant differences in both between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After 1 session of treatment,the time to produce a therapeutic effect was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Green tortoise probing point＂ acupuncture has a marked and quick therapeutic effect on post-stroke uroschesis.
