离体标本磁共振成像检查技术

摘    要:目的 探讨离体标本磁共振成像方法 ,为影像学研究提供最佳的可比性图像 ,使病变术前MR影像与术后离体标本的MR影像对照研究成为可能。方法 利用自制的海绵支架将 19例新鲜离体标本进行同术前扫描参数、方位、厚度一致的MRI扫描 ,离体标本固定于不同大小的正交线圈中心。结果  19例离体标本的磁共振成像均能清晰显示内部微细结构 ,能够达到同术前MR影像及大体病理切片进行对比观察。结论 若能正确地选择MR扫描参数 ,应用大小适宜的QD正交线圈 ,术后立即对离体标本扫描 ,可以得到离体标本的良好MR图像

Abstract:Objective To probe into the MRI examining method of the sample in vitro, to offer the best comparable imaging for medical imaging study and make the comparative study of the preoperative lesions and the postoperative sample of lesions in vitro. Methods A sample of 19 fresh specimen in vitro was positioned in the center of the coil by the homemade spongi cradle before MRI examining was made in all of the 19 cases with the same scanning method and scanning thickness as preoperation. Results MRI of all the 19 cases showed the fine constitutions clearly, which could be compared with preoperative imagings or gross pathologic sections. Conclusion MR examination of the sample in vitro in time after operation could show high quality imagings under the conditons of suitable parameter and fitting size QD coil.
