| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血塞通过心率变异性、心室晚电位的影响。方法：45例高血压病和／或冠心病患者注射血塞通注射液2周，600mg/d。治疗前后作高分辨率心电图检查。结果：治疗前心率变异性低下和心室晚电位阳性率分别是55．6％和37．8％。治疗2周后上述指标转阴率分别是52．2％和47．1％。结论：血塞通能调整心脏的植物神经支配失衡和心电不均一性，起到心电稳定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on heart rate variability and ventricular late potential. Methods: Forty-five patients with hypertension and/or coronary heart disease were treated with PNS 600mg per day for two weeks. The heart rate variability (HRV) and ventricular late potential (VLP) in the patients were compared before and after treatment. Results: The positive rates of HRV and VLP were 55.6% and 37.8% in all patients before treatment. After the treatment, the negative rates of HRV and VLP were 52.2% and 47.1%. Conclusion: PNS can correct the cardiac nervous system disturbance and electrical change of myocardium disorders. |
