安庆市2011年法定传染病报告质量调查分析

目的分析安庆市2011年度传染病报告质量，为进一步提高传染病报告管理工作质量提供理论依据。方法按照“全市传染病报告管理工作质量调查方案”，分层抽取全市49家医疗机构，采用统一调查表格进行传染病报告质量调查。结果调查全市2011年1-11月份法定传染病14种793例，漏报率为5．80％，报告及时率98．10％；市、县、乡镇级医疗机构漏报率依次为1．41％、8．36％、6．41％；漏报病种前3位是：其它感染性腹泻病（52．17％）、病毒性肝炎（13．04％）、手足口病（10．87％）；抽查传染病报告卡588张，卡片填写完整率89．66％，网卡一致率88．61％；医疗机构门诊就诊登记率为56．56％；不同级别医疗机构传染病报告质量差异有统计学意义。结论安庆市医疗机构传染病报告质量良好，针对工作中的不足进一步加强管理。

An investigational analysis of report quality of notifiable disease in Anqing city in 2011

Objective To analyze the report quality of notifiable disease in Anqing city in 2011. Methods Based on stratified sampling, 49 medical institution were selected to carry out the management quality supervision of notifiable disea- ses. Results Totally 14 kinds of notifiable disease, 793 cases were collected during January to November in 2011. The total missing report rate of notifiable diseases was 5.80%. The 3 diseases with the highest missing report rate were other no- tillable diarrhea （52.17% }, viral hepatitis （13.04% }, hand-foot and mouth disease （10.87% }. Notifiable disease re- port quality in different levels of medical institutions had statistically significant difference. Conclusion The report quality of notifiable disease was good in Anqing. Measures should be taken to improve the management of notifiable disease report further.
