大肠癌组织中BORIS表达及其与临床病理因素的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨大肠癌中BORIS蛋白的表达与肿瘤病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法研究(60)例大肠癌组织及其配对的(40)例切缘正常大肠组织BORIS的表达情况,比较BORIS在不同大肠组织中表达的差异及其与大肠癌病理因素之间的关系。结果:大肠癌组织中BORIS蛋白表达阳性率明显高于切缘正常大肠组织(P<0.05),BORIS蛋白表达阳性率与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P<0.05);与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤发生部位无关(P>0.05)。结论:BORIS过量表达可能在大肠癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,可能用于大肠癌辅助诊断。

Abstract:Objective To investigate BORIS protein expression in colorectal cancer and determinate its correlation with clinicopathological feature.Methods Samples of the 100 cases were divided into 2 groups:60 cases of colorectal cancer tissues,40 cases of incisal edge normal colorectal tissues,Immunohistochernical method was applied to detect the expression of BORIS protein in tissues.Analyzed the expression of BORIS in the tissues in group of colorectal cancer and group of normal controls.And analyzed the differential expression of BORIS in colorectal cancer and its relationship with colorectal cancer in clinical and pathological features.Results The expression of BORIS in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that of normal colorectal mucosa(P<0.05).The expression of BORIS was related to tumor size,invasive depth,Duke′s stage(C+D),lymph node metastasis,and differentiation in colorectal carcinoma(P<0.05).However,BORIS expression was not related to age,gender,and tumor site.Conclusion The high expression of BORIS protein may be playing an important role in the development process of colon cance,BORIS can be applied to the auxiliary diagnosis of large intestine cancer.
