软坚祛僵散的毒理实验

为观察软坚祛僵散的安全性,用健康白色豚鼠进行皮肤急、慢性毒性及致敏实验,结果:软坚祛僵散对豚鼠完整皮肤对照组和破损皮肤对照组未引起急性毒性反应;慢性毒性实验各组生化学、血液学、脏器系数等指标未见异常,病理检测各组部分脏器虽有轻度异常,但恢复2周后,各项检测未见异常;对豚鼠无致教作用.说明软坚祛僵散对豚鼠无急、慢性毒性及致教性.

Study on Toxicology of Ruanjian Qujiang Power

To evaluate the safe of Ruanjian qujiang power. The healthy white guinea pigs were carried out acute toxicity test, chronic toxicity test and the allergic test with skin medication of Ruanjian qujiang power. The results showed that Ruanjian qujiang power had no acute toxicity to the guinea pigs in the complete skin group and damaged skin group; the chronic toxicity test did not exhibit abnormal results in biochemics, blood routine detection, organ coefficient etc., but had light abnormality of partial organ in pathohistology detection and recovered after two weeks of stopping administration; Ruanjian qujiang power did not appear sensitization. Conclusion: Ruanjian qujiang power had no acute toxicity, chronic toxicity and sensibilization.
