睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对睡眠结构和脑功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨不同程度睡眠呼吸暂停综合症对患者睡眠结构及脑功能的影响。方法 应用多导睡眠图对130例打鼾患者进行监测,同时分析其临床表现。结果轻度睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患者与中、重度患者睡眠结构比较有显著差异,中度与重度患者比较仅Ⅲ+Ⅳ期睡眠,睡眠时间有统计学意义。结论睡眠呼吸暂停综合症患者随病情的加重,反复睡眠中断可能是造成患者脑功能损害的重要原因。

Abstract:Objiective To explore the effect of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) of diffferent severity on sleep architecture and cerebral function of the patients. Methods 130 snorers were monitored by polysommography(PSG) and their clinical manifestations were analysed. Results There was a significant difference in sleep architecture between mild and moderate or severe patients of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS), and a statistical difference was found in the ratio of stage III+IV sleep time over total sleep time between moderate and severe patients of SAS. Conclusions In patients of SAS , with worsening of the illness, disorder of sleep architecture and repeated sleep interruption may be the important cause of leading to cerebral function damage of the patients.
