| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复元活血汤加味治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的80例胸腰椎骨折患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组40例。对照组采用椎弓根螺钉系统同时经伤椎置钉、经椎弓根植骨治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上给予复元活血汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效以及围手术期双下肢感觉、肌力改善情况。结果：治疗组的各项均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：复元活血汤加味治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效确切，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating thoracolumbar fractures with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction. Methods Randomly divided 80 cases of the patients into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each group. Treating the control group with p -edicle screw system meanwhile using vertebral pedicle screw and the pedicle bone grafting; On the basement of it, the treatment group taki -rig Fuyuan Huoxue decoction. Compared the clinical effect and the feeling or improvement of the muscles during the perioperative period. Results： Each target of the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fuyuan Huoxue decoction treating tho -racolumbar fractures makes an exact effect, it should be widely applied. |
