老年急性胆囊炎82例围手术期处理体会

目的：通过对老年急性胆囊炎临床特点、并存病、并发症的分析，提高围手术期处理措施。方法：对82例老年急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：治愈80例，治愈率97．56％。死亡2例。结论：老年人合并症较多，术后并发症发生率高，加强围手术期处理，可提高手术成功率，降低并发症发生率，降低死亡率。

Experience for perioperative treatment of 82 cases of senile acute cholecystitis

Objectice： To analyze the clinical features, comorbidities, complications of senile acute cholecystitis, enhanced the the handling the measures of perioperative treatment. Methods： Analyze the clinical materials of 82 cases of patients with senile acute cholecystitis. Results： 80 cases was cured, the cured effective rate for 97.56%. 2 cases were dead. Conclusion： Complications of the elderly are more, the incidence of postoperative complications was higher, strengthen the perioperative treatment, can improve the successful rate of surgery, decreased the incidence of complications and the mortality rate.
