针刺公孙穴对大脑后动脉血流速度及PI、RI影响的安全性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨在不同时间点针刺左侧公孙穴对健康青年大脑后动脉(PCA)血流动力学是否存在负性影响,为临床治疗相关脑血管疾病是否选用该穴奠定理论基础。方法:随机选取健康青年志愿者男女各8例,使用经颅多普勒超声仪(TCD)探头于双侧颞窗探及大脑后动脉(PCA),针刺被测者的左侧公孙穴,在针刺前10min、进针得气时、留针15min(行针平补平泻)、留针30min(出针时)、出针后10min分别检测大脑后动脉的收缩期最大血流速度(Vs)、舒张期最大血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)及阻抗指数(RI)的变化,并记录TCD各参数变化情况。结果:针刺公孙穴在进刺时、行针时、出针时以及出针后血流速度和PI、砒与针刺前10min比较均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)结论:在整个实验过程中,针刺公孙穴对大脑后动脉的血流速度既无正性影响亦无负性作用,其后遗效应也不明显。

The security study of influrence of needling gongsun on point the brain artery blood flow Speed and PI,RI
Abstract:Objective: To discuss about the existence of negative influence of acupuncture at left gongsun points at different time points to PCA blood flow velocity of healthy young people, for whether clinical treatment of the related cerebrovascular disease select the point lay theoretical basis. Methods: To select 8 males and 8 females from healthy volunteers randomly, use transcranial doppler ultrasonography (TCD) probe in the bilateral temporal window of exploration and posterior cerebral artery (PCA), needling the measured gongsun point. At ten minutes before acupuncture, get air into the needle, stay needle for 15rain (manipulations reinforcing- reducing), stay needle for 30min (remove the needle time), remove needle after 10min, detect the changes of posterior cerebral artery systolic peak velocity (Vs), diastolic peak velocity (Vd), mean flow velocity (Vm), pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI), and record the changes in TCD parameters. Result: Blood flow velocity and PI, RI at the time when acupuncture at gongsun point, take the needle, remove the needle and 10min before acupuncture compared with no significant. Conclusion: the effect of acupuncture at gongsun point on PCA blood flow velocity is neither positive nor negative role and its aftermath effects were not evident.
