井穴经气激发法联合系列治风汤及现代康复治疗急性脑卒中临床研究

目的：观察井穴经气激发法、系列治风汤结合现代康复对急性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法：将急性脑卒中患者随机分为优化治疗组和常规治疗对照组两组，优化治疗组103例，常规治疗对照组107例。常规治疗组采用常规西药治疗加石氏“醒脑开窍针刺法”，优化治疗组是在常规西药治疗的基础上，再加用自主研发专利仪器“井穴经气激发仪”对十二井穴进行皮外脉冲电刺激、中药系列治风汤口服配合现代康复疗法进行早期康复。一个月为1疗程，两组对比观察1个疗程。观察治疗前后患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组和对照组疗效相比差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：治疗组对急性脑卒中有良好疗效，疗效明显优于对照组。

Clinical study on treating acute stroke with Jing-points plus electrical stimulation joint a series of Zhifeng decoction and moderm rehabilitation

Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acute stroke by Jing-points pulse electeical stimulation, a series of Zhifeng decoction and modem rehabilitation. Method： All cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 103 cases and a control group of 107 cases for a comparative observation. The treatment group was treated by convational west medicine plused resuscitation acupuncture therapy, based on convational west medicine, the treatment group was treated by Jing-points pulse electeical stimulation, a series of zhifeng decoction and modem rehabilitation. One month as one period. Result： There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect on acute stroke was good in the treatment group and significant better than the control group.
