山香圆颗粒与炎宁颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效比较

目的：比较山香圆颗粒与炎宁颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年9月到2010年10月于我院治疗的上呼吸道感染患者96例,随机分为A组与B组,A组50例给予山香圆颗粒4g／次,3次／天,B组46例给予炎宁颗粒14g／次,3次／天,3天为1个疗程,两组均治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者发热、咳嗽、鼻塞、咽痛、咽部充血等临床体征消失时间,总体临床疗效,观察不良反应发生情况,并进行统计分析。结果：A组患者临床症状及体征消失时间明显少于B组（P〈0.05）;A组的治愈率和有效率均明显高于B组（P〈0．05）;两组均无不良反应发生。结论：山香圆颗粒治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效优于炎宁颗粒,无不良反应发生,值得在临床中推广应用。

Comparison effect on treating of upper respiratory infections with turpinia particles and Yanning particles

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy on treating upper respiratory infections with turpinia particles and Yanning particles. Methods： 96 cases of upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into group A and group B from September 2009 to October 2010 in our hospital. 50 patients in group A were treated with Turpinia particles of 4g per time and 3 times per day while 46 patients in group were given Yan Ning particles of 14g per time and 3 times per day, 3 days for a course of treatment, both oftwo groups were cured for 3 days. To compared the disappeared time of fever, cough, stuffy nose, sore throat, pharyngeal hyperemia and clinical efficacy. Results： The disappeared time of clinical symptoms of group A was significantly less than the B group （P〈0.05）; The cured rate and the effective in group A were significantly higher than group B （P〈0.05）; There were no adverse reactions in both of two groups. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of turpinia particles to cure upper respiratory tract infection is better than Yanning particles and there is no adverse reaction, which is appropriate to use in clinical.
