针刺联合药物综合治疗老年中风临床观察

目的：探讨针刺联合药物综合治疗老年中风的临床效果。方法：选取我院近2年来收治的62例老年中风患者，其中31例采用中药治疗为对照组，另31例在对照组的基础上加以针刺治疗为观察组，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：对照组愈显率为41．94％、总有效率为90．32％；观察纽愈显率为61．29％、总有效率为96．77％，比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）；治疗前后两组征候积分和NIHSS评分均有改善，但观察组优于对照组，比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺联合中药治疗老年中风效果确切，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation On treating old stroke by acupuncture plus medicine

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating old stroke by acupuncture plus medicine. Methods： To choose 62 patients with old stroke, 31 case in TCM therapy for the control group, 31 cases based on the control group taking acupuncture therapy for observation group, to compare the effect of two groups. Results： In control group the markedly effective rate for 41.94%, the total efficiency rate for 90.32%; in observation group the markedly effective rate for 61.29%, the total efficiency rate for 96.77%, have a significant difference （P〈0.05）; The observation group is better than the control group, have a significant differency （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus TCM treating old stroke has a good effect, is being worth clinically applied.
