试论中医痰瘀相关理论

目的：探讨痰、瘀二者之间的关系，为临床上“痰瘀同治”提供理论依据。方法：从痰瘀形成的生理基础、病理演变机制来探讨二者之间关系。结果：痰饮、瘀血均是疾病过程中形成的病理产物，津病成痰，血病成瘀，二者成因不同，但往往相互影响，既可因瘀致痰，亦可因痰致瘀。结论：痰瘀形成过程中有着共同来源，即“津血同源”，而且在致病过程中互为因果，即“痰瘀同病”，故在临床治疗中应“痰瘀同治”，痰消有利于瘀去，瘀去有利于痰消，这样才能更好的提高-临床疗效。

Discussion on the theory of phlegm and blood-stasis related in TCM

Objective： To explore the relationship between phlegm and blood-stasis, providing the theoretical basis for treatment from phlegm and blood-stasis. Methods： Explore the relationship between phlegm and blood-stasis from the physiological basis and the patholo-gical mechanisms. Results： Phlegm and blood-stasis is the pathological product of disease, phlegm from the body fluid, blood- stasis from the blood system. Their causes are different, but they often influence each other. Either phlegm can be caused by blood-stasis; Blood-stasis can also be caused by phlegm. Conclusion： Phlegm and blood-stasis have a common source in the formation process; Fluid and blood are homologous and reciprocal causation in the disease process, which is coexistence of phlegm and blood-stasis. Therefore, in the clinical, phlegm and blood-stasis should be treated at the same time. Only in this way can we achieve perfect curative effect.
