| 摘 要： | 目的:评价中药治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法:选取138例慢性胆囊炎患者:治疗组70例,对照组68例,对照组按常规静点抗炎药,治疗组加服龙胆泻肝汤加减,结果治疗组总有效率达94.3%,对照组总有效率80.9%,治疗组优于对照组。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎效果很好。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of treating ronic cholecystitis in TCM. Methods： 138 cases of ronic cholecystitis patients were divided into two groups, 68 cases in control group were infused with anti-inflammatory in commen. On the basement of it, the 70 cases of the treatment group were added with Longdan Xiegan decoction. As a result, the total effective rate of the treatment group came to 94.3% while the control group was 80.9%. Conclusion： Treating tonic cholecystitis with Longdan Xiegan decoction makes a good effect. |
