柴胡注射液的工艺研究

目的：探索提高柴胡注射液挥发油成分含量和改善澄明度的最佳工艺。方法：使用不同的制备工艺做对比实验，选择出最佳工艺；调节增溶剂的量和不同的pH值条件考察对柴胡注射液澄明度的影响，选出最佳方案。结果：在柴胡注射液的制备过程中，先将柴胡置于稀盐酸（pH=1）里浸泡5h，加入0．3％吐温-80和2．0％1，2-丙二醇，同时调节pH值至6．8，挥发油成分含量最高，而且澄明度最好。结论：酸浸盐析法提取，增溶剂的量为0．3％吐温-80和2．0％1，2-丙二醇，pH值调至6．8，是柴胡注射液的最佳工艺。

A study on bupleurum injection

Objective： To explore the best technology to improve Bupleurum injection volatile oil content and clarity. Methods： Use different experiments to choose the best technology; Regulate the dosage of solubilizer and different pH conditions for the inspection of hu -pleurum injection of clarity in order to select the best program. Results： In the preparate process of bupleurum injection, oil was the highe st essential content and the best clarity when we put the Bupleurum into hydrochloric acid （pH=1） for five hours, and add 0.3% tween-80 and 2.0% 1, 2-propanediol, then adjust pH to 6.8. Conclusion： Acid leaching salt extraction, the amount of solubilizer 0.3% tween-80 and 2.0%1, 2-propanediol, pH adjusted to 6.8 is the optimum injection hupleurum.
