不同胸椎节段手法和敷药治疗功能，陡消化不良临床疗效观察

目的：观察在不同胸椎节段施用手法和敷贴中药对脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的临床疗效差异。方法：将90例脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良门诊患者随机分为上胸段、中胸段及下胸段3组，每组30例。3组均采用相同的手法与中药敷贴治疗，但3组治疗的胸椎节段不同，其治疗区域分别在胸1～4、胸5～8和胸11～12，观察并对比3组的临床疗效。结果：3组总效率比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05），但3组愈显（临床痊愈＋显效）率比较，中胸段组与上胸段组、下胸段组差异均有显著性（P〈0．05），上胸段组与下胸段组比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05），中胸段组临床疗效优于其它两组。结论：胸5～8节段区域是脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良手法与敷药治疗的最佳适宜部位。

Clinical effect observation on treatment of functional dyspepsia by thoracic segments of different techniques and dressing

Objective： To observe the clinical effect between the thoracic segments of different application methods and external application of TCM to spleen and stomach functional dyspepsia. Methods： Ninety patients were randomly devided into 3 groups, called upper thoracic, middle thoracic and lower thoracic, every group was 30 cases. 3 groups have adopted the same practices and external application of TCM treatment, treatment of the 3 groups of different segments of thoracic vertebrae, the treatment area respectively, in the thoracic 1 -4, thoracic5 - 8 and thoracic 11 - 12, observe and compared with the clinical effects of the 3 groups. Result： The total efficiency of 3 groups, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）, However, 3 groups markedly effective （clinical cure ＋ markedly effective） rate is relatively, In the thoracic group and the group of upper thoracic and lower thoracic group differences were significant （P〈0.05）, Group of upper thoracic and lower thoracic group, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）, the clinical effect of middle thoracic group better than other groups. Conclusion： 5 to 8 segments of thoracic region is the best suitable site for spleen and stomach type of fimctional dyspepsia treated and the treatment methods.
