六味地黄汤加味治疗复发性口疮46例

目的：观察六味地黄汤治疗复发性口疮的疗效。方法：选择我院门诊复发性口疮患者90例，随机分为两组，治疗组46例，采用六味地黄汤加味治疗；对照组44例，采用西药抗生素、维生素B2、硫酸锌等治疗。结果：治疗组中治愈37例，显效7例，无效2例，总有效率95％；对照组中治愈29例，显效8例，无效7例，总有效率84％。结论：六味地黄汤加味治疗复发性口疮疗效显著，明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Treating 46 cases of recurrent aphthous with Liuwei Dihuang decoction

Objective： To observe the effect on treating recurrent aphthous with Liuwei Dihuang decoction. 90 patients with recurrent aphthous in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 46 patients for the treatment group, with Liuwei Dihuang decoction; 44 cases for the control group and were treated with antibiotic, vitamin B2, sulfate zinc, etc. Result： 37 cases were cured, markedly effective of 7 cases, invalid of 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group; 29 patients were cured, effective in 8 cases, invalid in 7 cases, the total effective rate was 84% of in the control group. Conclusion： Treating recurrent aphthous with Liuwei Dihuang decoction is significantly effective, obviously better than that of Western medicine alone.
