中医针灸推拿实训课程的教学改革与体会

目的：探讨中医针灸推拿实训课程教学改革效果。方法：针对以往中医针灸推拿实训教学存在教学手段陈旧、教学内容层次单一、教学与临床和市场需求不符、教学与科研脱节、理论与实践分离等问题，实行更新教学手段加强科学教学，补充教材内容自编实训指导，建立考核评价体系改革实训考核方法，教学与科研、临床、市场需求相结合，理论联系实际。结果：培养了医学生中医针灸推拿的学习能力，实践能力，临床实际操作技术、以及参与科研能力和创新能力。结论：中医针灸推拿实训教学的改革充分调动了学生学习的主动性和积极性，掌握了中医治疗疾病、强身健体、生活美容、减肥美体的社会需求，达到了良好的教学效果，为毕业生提供了更广阔的就业空间。

Teaching reform and experience of training course of TCM acupuncture and massage

Objective： To study the teaching reform efficiency of training course of TCM acupuncture and massage. Methods： Focus on the problems related to traing of TCM acupuncture and massage that teaching means are outmoded, levels of contenis of courses are single, teaching and need of market and clinic are in discord, teaching is divorced from resarch, theory is separated from practice, we take the following strategies： We renew teaching means to teach scientifically, compile training guide to complement contents of course, establish evaluation system of examination to reform check-up methods of training, combine teaching with research and clinic and market demand and put theory into practice. Results： Medicial students＇learning and practical skills in TCM acupuncture and massage are cultivated, clinical skills and research capacity as well as creativity are developed. Conclusion： The teaching reform of training course of TCM acupuncture and massage has stimulated students＇initiative and activity of learning and the students have learned the social demand in treatment by TCM, keeping healthy, life beauty and body care. Therefore, the reform has improved teaching efficiency and provides graduates with more opportunities.
