| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加味增液汤治疗阴虚血燥型便秘的，临床疗效。方法：将110例阴虚血燥型便秘老年患者随机分成两组，治疗组给予加味增液汤治疗，对照组口服盐酸依托必利治疗，6周后观察比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组便秘痊愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结论：用加味增液汤治疗老年阴虚血燥型便秘优于盐酸依托必利。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treatment of Yinxu Xuezao constipation by modified by liquid decoction. Methods： 110 elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received additional liquid decoction flavored treatment, the control group was treated with Itopride hydrochloride therapy, 6 weeks after clinical efficacy compared. Result： Constipation cure rate in treatment group and significantly higher total efficiency, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： Modified by liquid decoction with the treatment of senile constipation better than Yin Xuezao Itopride hydrochloride |
