中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病的文献系统评价和分析

目的：运用循证医学的方法对中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病的疗效进行系统评价和Meta分析。方法：在中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、维普中文期刊全文数据库中检索中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床随机对照试验研究（RCTs）文献，采用RevMan4．2统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：检索符合RCTs纳入标准的中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病的随机对照试验论文18篇，均为中药灌肠组与西药组比较。Meta分析结果示中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性疾病优于西药组。结论：中药灌肠方法在治疗盆腔炎性疾病的总有效率方面比西药有优势（P〈0．00001）。但这一结论是建立在纳入文献可能存在发表性偏倚和低质量研究的定量综合分析基础上的。

Evaluation and analysis of the literature in treating pelvic inflammatory disease with enema in TCM

Objective： To apply evidence-based medicine to a systematic evaluation and Meta analysis of the effect on treating pelvic inflammatory disease with enema in TCM. Methods： Searching randomized controlled trials （RCTs） literature in clinical on treating pelvic inflammatory disease with enema in TCM in China Academic Journal （CNKI） and VIP Chinese Journal Full-text database, adopt RevMan 4.2 statistical software to Meta analysis. Result： Researching the randomized controlled trials theses that fit the RCTs inclusion criteria in treating pelvic inflammatory disease with enema in TCM was 18, all were the comparation of enema in TCM group and Western medicine group. The result of Meta showed that treating pelvic inflammatory disease with enema in TCM was better than the Western med -icine group. Conclusion： The total effective rate of treating pelvic inflammatory disease with enema in TCM is higher than that of Western medicine （P〈0.00001）. But this conclusion is based on the literature included may exist publication bias and low-quality comprehensive analysis of the quantitative research.
