润燥通秘汤治疗2型糖尿病热秘型便秘的探讨

目的：观察润燥通秘汤治疗2型糖尿病（胃肠燥热型）便秘的临床效果。方法：将68例2型糖尿病胃肠燥热型便秘患者随机分为2组各34例。治疗组采用自拟“润燥通秘汤”，对照组采用小剂量果导片，疗程7天。观察治疗前后便秘改善情况及临床症状的变化。结果：便秘改善总有效率两组对比，疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但改善积分比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．01），治疗组的临床症状改善优于对照组。结论：润燥通秘汤治疗2型糖尿病（胃肠燥热型）便秘，是行之有效的方法，值得推广应用。

Discussion on treating the Remi constipation plus type 2 diabetes with the Runzao Tongmi decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating 2 diabetes mellitus （GI hot type） constipation with Runzao Tongmi decoction. Methods： Randomly divided 68 patients with type 2 diabetes into 2 groups of 34 cases. Treatment group was treated with Runzao Tongmi decoction, the control group with small doses of the guides, 7 days as a course. Observing the improve situation and clinical symptoms changes before and after treatment. Results： The improvement rate of constipation between two groups, the difference was not statistically significant effect （P〉0.05）, but the improve integration with a significant difference compared （P〈0.01）, improvement of clinical symptoms in treatment group better than the control group. Conclusion： Treating type 2 diabetes （GI hot type） constipation with Runzao Tongmi decoction is a very effective method, should be widely applied.
