逐瘀降浊汤联合阿托伐他汀对脑梗塞患者血脂水平的影响

目的：探讨逐瘀降浊汤联合阿托伐他汀对脑梗塞患者血脂的影响。方法：将120例脑梗塞合并高脂血症患者随机分为对照组（n=60）和治疗组（n=60）。在常规治疗基础上，对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗，治疗组给予逐瘀降浊汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗，4周为1个疗程，观察两组患者治疗前后的血脂变化。结果：两组患者治疗后血脂水平较治疗前均明显改善（P〈0．05），但以治疗组改善更为显著，组间比较P〈0．05。结论：应用逐瘀降浊汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑梗塞患者，更能明显改善患者的血脂水平。

Effects of the Zhuyu Jiangzhuo decoction plus atorvastatin on the blood lipid level of infarction patients

Objective： To investigate the effect of Zhuyu Jiangzhuo decoction plus atorvastatin on infarction patients blood lipid level. Methods： Randomly divided 120 patients of cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia into control group （n=60） and treatment group （n=60）. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group treated with atorvastatin while the treatment group with Zhuyu Jiangzhuo decoction plus atorvastatin, 4 weeks for a treatment course, then observed the lipid changes of two groups of patients before and after the treatment.Result： The lipid level improved significant when treating infarction with Zhuyu Jiangzhuo decoction plus atorvastatin.
