银杏叶片联合尼莫地平治疗脑血管病临床观察

银杏叶片是银杏叶中萃取的天然活性物资，具有选择性抗血小板活化因子（PAF）所引起的血小板聚集和血栓形成作用，能清除对脑血管内皮细胞有毒害作用的自由基和较强的抗氧化作用，降低血粘度，改善微循环，增强大脑功能。尼莫地平能解除血管痉挛，调整脑血管失调，增加脑血流量，从而保护缺血和损伤的脑组织，延缓卒中的发生。我们于2005年3月起用银杏叶片联合尼莫地平治疗脑血管疾病132例获得较好疗效。现报道如下：
