头针晕听区长时间留针配合体针治疗神经性耳鸣60例

目的：观察头针晕听区长时间留针配合体针治疗神经性耳呜的治疗效果。方法：对60例患者采用针刺晕听区、听宫、风池、风府、后溪、金门。配穴情志不舒，肝胆火盛加太冲、足临泣；痰火上扰加丰隆、曲池；肝肾不足加太溪、足三里脾胃虚弱加足三里、阴陵泉。每日1次，10日一疗程，疗程间休息2天。结果：治愈25例，显效28例，好转4例，无效3例．总有效率为95％。结论：头针晕听区长时间留针配合体针治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效较好。

Treating 60 cases of nervous tinnitus by long time acupuncture plus body acupuncture at Yunting Area

Objective： To observe the treatment effect of nervous tinnitus by combining long time acupuncture at Yunting Area with body acupuncture. Methods： For 60 patients, we used acupuncture at Yunting Area, Tinggong, Fengchi, Fengfu, Houxi, Jinmen, combining with Taichong, Zulinqi, Fenglong, Quchi, Taixi, Zusanli, and Yinlingquan once a day and 10 days a course with 2 days rest between two courses. Result： 25 cases were cured, effective in 28 cases and 4 cases improved, efficiency rate for 95%. Conclusion： combining long time acupuncture at Yunting Area with body acupuncture is a good way to treat nervous tinnitus.
